Subject	How do i set tps to .44v?

Message	With my previous post my cars still bogging after 2800 rpm. It wont idle it dies. Its a jdm motor that i just installed. A regular timing light wont work either. Someone anyone please help me. Im so lost with not knowing how to check sensors and where to start. Really dont want to take it to a shop and get raped when i know its someting simple.
